General
Although emails can be effective for most strategies, it is perfect for B2C brands that want repeat customers, predictable sales, and stronger loyalty. If your business collects customer emails and sells more than once, email turns one-time buyers into long-term revenue. It’s the most cost-effective channel you own—no algorithms, no ad spend spikes, just direct access to your customers.
To start, I’ll need access to your email platform, brand details and guidelines, product info, and any existing customer data. From there, I’ll build a strategy, set up campaigns, and optimise based on results, with minimal time required from you.
Pricing varies depending on your business needs, timeline, and goals. Every brand is different, so I tailor packages to fit what you actually need—not a one-size-fits-all price.
You can start seeing results within 24 hours from your first campaign or from the increase in results based on the optimisation of your current flows. I have onboarded clients who have began to see results within the first 24 hours of optimising their accounts or introducing email marketing into their business for the first time.
I only ever bring clients onboard when it is a no brainer that I can help. If I don't truly believe I can help you after going through a deep dive of your email strategy then I will simply part ways and not waste anymore of your time.
If you decide to stop, you can do so at any time with no sneaky T&C's or hidden fees. As a freelancer, I work on contract-based projects or monthly retainers, depending on what best suits your business needs. In both cases, everything is clearly agreed upfront: scope, timelines, and fees, so there are no surprises, no hidden costs, and no obligation to continue beyond what we’ve agreed. You also keep full ownership of your email list, content, and automations, and I’ll ensure everything is properly handed over so you can continue in-house or with another provider smoothly, should the need arise.
